WASABÉ IS A BLEND OF 75% DUTCH VODKA AND 25% JAPANESE SAKÉ.
A ginjo grade saké is made in Japan by our master brewer and then sent to the Netherlands where it is blended into triple-distilled Dutch grain vodka by our master distiller.
The texture of the saké rounds the vodka finish resulting in exceptional smoothness.
The aroma of the saké adds a uniquely distinctive nose and tone of sweetness.
The name is a fusion of two worlds, derived from the Japanese word ‘wasabi’ and the use of the accented é from European languages.
Chosen by Beverage Industry News as one of the top 12 spirits in 2006.
Currently sold throughout the United States, New Zealand and several countries in Europe with concrete interest from distributors in Australia & the Far East, we have big plans in 2008.
