Our innovative and highly acclaimed malt whisky returns in a new edtion.

Made from Highland malt whiskies which we age in bespoke casks with new French oak heads of varying toast levels. It yields a malt whisky of richness and complexity.

Bottling Details: Bottled at 46% alcohol volume. Natural colour. Not chill filtered.

Flavour Descriptors: Big, sweet aromas of clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is full, round and sweet, with the spice and vanilla complementing the core distillery characters and leaving a long finish.

Recommendations: Its rich, bold flavours make it most suitable for after-dinner slipping, as an accompaniment to certain cheese, and ideal in cocktails.
