"Rich orange amber hue. Pungent aromas of smoky peat and brine follow through on a spicy, dry palate with a rounded mouthfeel. Finishes in a peaty, salty manner. Unquestionably an Islay malt though less iodiney than Laphroaig and less peaty than Lagavulin."

‘Highland includes the famous Speyside distillation area but has a greater degree of variation in taste, bouquet and colour. Driftwood is a rich Highland Malt with a good lingering flavour and a hint of sweetness. A fine drink at anytime.’
